“Millicent’s photographs of our projects have taken the interpretation of these sites to new levels. Traditionally, our photography captures the iconic qualities of the work, or the expansive panoramic characteristics of our work within a larger site context. Millicent captures moments that seem closer to the lived experience of a place, qualified or completely defined by light and shadow, texture, movement, use, and even the weather. As designers, we are really moved by these images. Though we know these sites intimately, each time we see a new set, we see something anew. This kind of surprise is hugely satisfying.”
